Now, a team of advertising experts is launching a new ad-tech startup, Google Adwords, that is trying to take the business of digital marketing from a traditional ad company to one that is optimized for mobile devices.
The new company, which will be called Adwords Mobile, is aiming to bring Google’s online advertising business closer to that of a traditional publisher, which is what Google sells its own ads for.
The company is aiming for a market share of between 15 and 25 percent of Google’s total advertising revenue by 2020, according to people familiar with the matter.
Adwords Mobile is aiming at a niche of people who pay for online marketing through Google’s Adwords mobile app.
The Google app has become the go-to app for most marketers, who have to buy a device and install the software to get their ads in front of people’s eyeballs.
Google’s mobile ad business, which accounts for about one-third of Google AdWords revenue, has been growing for years.
It is also an important driver of Google ads on mobile devices, which are often found on top of Apple’s App Store.
The company said its goal is to help publishers get their own ads into their mobile devices as well as bring Google ads into the mobile environment.
Google does not sell its own advertising to advertisers, and the company’s advertising technology relies on ads from third parties.
Google said it was not targeting advertisers who want to buy its ad services or those who are looking to buy Google ads.
AdWords Mobile will launch in the United States on Tuesday, and it is currently seeking funding from investors.
It will be able to expand into other countries in the future, the company said.
The app was designed for mobile device developers and developers of websites and mobile applications.
Google is also working on an ad-supported version of the app for mobile web browsers, the people said.
Adword Mobile, which was spun off from Google’s parent company Alphabet Inc. last year, is seeking to build on its existing business by offering its own online advertising technology.
Google bought Adwords for $1.3 billion in August.
Google Adwords has long been used by publishers to drive sales through digital advertising.
It has a $50 million contract with Amazon.com Inc. to provide ads on its Kindle e-reader devices, and in 2018 it signed a $40 million contract to sell ads on iPhones and Android smartphones.
Google is also the biggest user of Adwords on mobile phones.
