I am here to share a few of my personal pcs designs with you.
These are all custom built and designed by the community.
This means that they are a little more challenging to get down and do, but they are also a lot of fun to do.
Let’s get started.
Here is my first foray, a custom-made pcs hospital bed.
The hospital bed is a work in progress.
It is made of PVC piping, PVC tubing, a small metal table, and metal shelves.
I am using 2x2s as the flooring to create a wall between the pvc pipe and the metal shelf.
This is the table I am going to be making for this project.
I found it on craigslist for $8, and it is a great value.
You can also find it on ebay for a much lower price.
I did not want to use this cheap table for this tutorial.
I am also going to use an acrylic plate for this custom design.
I wanted something sturdy and strong.
I think the acrylic plate works well as a stand for the pcb.
You could also use an angle grinder for this.
You will have to make some cutouts for it in the design.
This is a nice little decorative piece.
This table is also available for purchase on ebay.
Here are some images of the hospital bed, with the table in place.
You should be able to see the acrylic table on the left and the acrylic shelf on the right.
The acrylic shelf is just the top of the table and can be removed without damaging the table.
The table is not as tall as I would like, so you may need to scale it to the height of your workbench.
The acrylic plate is not a permanent part of the design, so it has to be removed at a later time.
I did not make this table in one sitting.
I took a week to complete it.
I spent about 5 hours per day cutting out the plastic and cutting the acrylic.
The first step is to make the acrylic sheet, which is the part of a pcb that goes inside the pc.
I made my first attempt on my first try, with a 3D printer.
This will work with most 3D printers, but I wanted to use a 3d printer to make it from scratch, so I had to make a second attempt.
This pcb is printed in ABS plastic, which has a very smooth surface.
This makes it very easy to remove the sheet without damaging it.
The next step is the 3D printing, which takes about 5 minutes.
The plastic is then sanded to a smooth finish.
The sheet is ready to be cut out, but it is not the part that is going to make this pcb a hospital bed design.
You need to cut out a part of this design, called the head, that will hold the table, the acrylic, and the shelves.
You are going to need to make these parts of your design as separate pieces, so make sure you print out your design first.
Here you can see the cutouts I made for the acrylic plates.
It makes it a lot easier to work with when the psc design is on its own, but you may have to do it in batches.
This was my first stab at a pcs head.
I then printed out a design for the table to make sure it fit the pcd design.
It takes about an hour to print.
Here the acrylics are ready to go.
They are printed in a 3ds max 3D print, which looks pretty much like the model that I used to make my first design.
